We discovered months ago we can eat our favourite foods everyday and lose weight! Once done we just added a few carbs to stay at our desired weight to fit our clothes. All we did initally was cut out carbs. If you've just found this site you must visit the "mother" site which put us right on track; we don't diet, it's just a change of eating habits. We all enjoy it because we can eat what we like, drink, we're never hungry, and we retain our "goal" weights. Check out our normal meals here if you've visited our original site.
